Running and Yoga!!!! Two of the most amazing ways to connect with your breath and body…
Join Denise McKinley for a 6 week series involving a 5 km run, followed by an hour long yoga practice. We will be learning about running form, breathing and technique during the run, as well as doing some fun intervals and drills. Afterwards, we will do a delicious yoga practice specifically designed for runners.
NOTE: some running experience is preferred *
