Regan is a RYT 500 and has a BA in psychology. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and with a background in dance was initially connected to the physical aspect. After beginning studies in holistic nutrition, she developed an understanding of the body, mind, spirit connection and her passion for yoga grew stronger. Since completing yoga teacher training with SOYA in 2012, Regan has been teaching regularly throughout the community of Prince George and enjoying it immensely. She is very grateful for all of her teachers who continuously inspire her to deepen her yoga practice. The connection that yoga brings to oneself and to others motivates and encourages her daily.
Regan Beebe instructs the following:
A yoga class that will help bring balance to your mind and body. A hatha style class that emphasizes physical detail and focus, while incorporating asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
