Shauna Korogonas

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), a certified Fitness Trainer, and Trainer of Trainers. I have always loved to learn about the human body and yoga has enabled me to expand this knowledge and also connect body, mind, and soul. My goal is to help people feel healthy, connected to their bodies, their spirit, and their community. I also have a passion to work with children and introduce them to the benefits of yoga. I hold certifications in Radiant Child Yoga and Child Meditation facilitation. Through the physical practice of yoga, calming the mind through meditation, and focusing through breathing, we can exponentially increase the quality of our lives. One of my favourite sayings is 'I meditate so that I can inundate my entire being with the omnipotent power of peace’ by Sri Chinmoy. Namaste

  • Vinyasa Hot
  • Using an energetic vinyasa flow as a foundation, each teacher brings something special to these classes that bring strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. Hot classes are about 38C.

  • Hatha/Vinyasa
  • A classic approach to yoga that emphasizes physical detail and focus, while incorporating asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. Combined with an energetic vinyasa flow, build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body.
