Kendra Mitchell-Foster, a yogini with more passion than poise, loves to find joy in everyday living and "ordinary" moments. Yoga has helped Kendra bring her life into positive focus, and to understand herself better. Urged by friends to begin a regular yoga practice 4 years ago, she has found yoga to be spiritually, emotionally, and physically transformational.
