The simple desire to take better care of her body, mind and soul brought Lisa to Yoga in 2011 and it was love at first sāvasana. With the desire to deepen her personal practice and knowledge she took her first 200-hr training in 2015 and Level 1 Reiki Healing in 2016. In 2018 she re-certified her 200-hr when her favourite teacher announced their last training. She continues her personal studies with particular interest in mindfulness, chakras and self-discovery through meditation.

Lisa believes Yoga can be for everyone & every body. Her goal is to aid students in their own healing in order to find peace, wellness, happiness and loving kindness.
