At Chinook Yoga we mix the simple ingredients of excellent teachers, and a fun, open and relaxed environment. Your yoga practice will deepen with every class taught by one of our certified Yoga Alliance 200 hr or 500 hr instructors. We offer a wide variety of classes ranging in level and style throughout the week. With over 20 drop in classes a week there are lots of opportunities for you to relax, tune into your body and challenge yourself.
Beyond our regular classes Chinook offers a variety workshops throughout the year. With our own teacher or visiting instructors these workshops provide the curious yogi an opportunity to dive a little deeper into the practice of yoga and learn a little more about themselves in the process. Our teachers also offer retreats in nearby locations over weekends or in exotic locations for a week throughout the year adding a further layer and opportunity to deepen your practice.
In addition to what we offer with our yoga classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, our facility offers yoga therapy, meditation classes, and holistic and nutritional healing consultations and workshops. Our mission is to share ideas about healthy living in a way that is continually challenging and eye-opening, yet accessible and fun.
