A very accessible 26 minute therapeutic yoga practice, combining the practice of nourishing relaxation / stillness / support, to reset your nervous system, connecting to the energy of the breath and nourishing a practice of listening to your body and moving in a pain free range of motion. You will want to gather a strap (or a scarf or housecoat tie), 1 block (or a cushion), one cylindrical bolster or a rolled blanket or a stuff sleeping bag; a “foot rubz” ball or tennis ball and possibly a blanket or folded towel. This practice invites you to explore the following movements: constructive rest pose (CRP); hip stability with a strap and a block; side lying over a bolster; sunrise / sunset twist; tadasana (mountain pose); savasana.
