A very accessible 75 minute therapeutic yoga practice, combining the practice of nourishing relaxation / stillness / support, to reset your nervous system, connecting to the energy of the breath and nourishing a practice of listening to your body and moving in a pain free range of motion .You will want to gather a strap (or a scarf or housecoat tie), 2 blocks (or a stack of books and / or a cushion), a chair or access to a couch, possibly a blanket or folded towel.
