Every year, nearly 11 million Americans complain to doctors about knee pain. Your yoga practice can be a source of yoga pain or the ideal therapy! In this workshop Carla will review knee anatomy and examine bad habits that lead to injuries and knee pain. We will learn multiple yoga inspired exercises to keep our knees healthy and to help knees that may be injured. You will open up to new ranges of motion and recondition your knees both inside and out!!

Most of us have desire backwards. We set all of these goals, these external markers, and we HOPE that if/when we achieve them we will feel the way that we want to feel. Sometimes we do, many times we don’t, and often that feeling doesn’t last long.

We are living in a reactive, needy energy where we are expecting something outside of ourselves to MAKE US FEEL the way that we desire. It leaves us exhausted and depleted.

In this fun and interactive two-hour intro workshop, I will introduce you to a new kind of desire. One that is fulfilling, sustaining, and CREATIVE. One where the journey feels just as juicy and sweet as the destination. AND you will walk out with one sparkly new CORE DESIRED FEELING to guide you on your journey back to yourself.

Our perspective is our viewpoint – the place from where we see ourselves, the people in our life, and the world. Our conclusions are based on our perspective, and often our conclusions are limited, incomplete, and don’t work to support ourselves. Our perspective can be expanded by understanding who we are and what the world is. Our perspective can be expanded to the dimension of the Seer that we are, which is unchanging, free, and all knowing.

Through inquiry, interactive discussion, chanting and meditation, this workshop offers techniques to expand the mind’s limited perspective to a vision of peace and clarity, unfolding the power and ability to translate that expanded vision into action.

We all know it feels better emotionally to let go of resentment and anger. Then why is it so difficult? We can say sorry and apologize, but often the difficult feelings still remain. 

In this workshop we will explore a powerful and very effective forgiveness practice called ho'oponopono.

Traditionally, the ancient Hawaiian practice of ho’oponopono was used within family systems to clear conflict and to restore and maintain good relationships. It is a simple and brilliant tool that cultivates forgiveness, peacemaking and inner peace while inviting humility, grace, and love. In this workshop we will explore the ho’oponopono practice and weave the theme of forgiveness through the breath work.
 
We will have a longer circular breath practice to allow ourselves to go even deeper into our conscious and subconscious so that we can bring all aspects of our being into our highest alignment.
 
Breath of Bliss is a catalyst for deeper self awareness and connection into the surrounding world. It is a journey that opens our hearts, awareness and helps us align into the truth of who we are. Each experience is unique and an opportunity to experience more freedom and aliveness within.
