Our fitness studio offers a premium gym, pool with a slide, and sauna (coming soon). Onsite is a Farmhouse Coffee, and The Local Restaurant by Farmhouse. Linger a little longer to make it an overnight stay for the ultimate experience.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Zumba®️
Zumba®️ class is high energy and fused with Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic dance fitness program. Zumba®️ is for EVERYBODY.
Transform
Classes will be a combination of free weights, body weight, calisthenics, metabolic exercise and HIIT cardio, as well as heavy focus on core.

We have our downtown studio with 2 spaces, hot and warm yoga options and many classes online and in person.
