Therapeutic yoga does not require that you have participated in yoga in the past. An extensive and confidential evaluation form is used to design a customized yoga program for each student.
Therapeutic Yoga is quickly becoming a recognized alternative or complement to traditional medical care. In today’s fast-paced environment, the healing art of therapeutic yoga may offer a solution to moving out of pain and into better function allowing you to better do the things you love to do.

Practicing relaxation techniques including breathe awareness, visualization, meditation, and yoga can help reduce everyday stress and boost your energy and mood. They’ll also help you to stay calm in the face of life’s unexpected events. When stressors throw your nervous system out of balance, relaxation techniques can bring it back into a balanced state by producing the relaxation response, a state of deep calmness that is the polar opposite of the stress response.

Explore functional movement of your joints with a strong emphasis on the hips, shoulders and spine to create more freedom and ease, as well as an increase mobility, stability and strength. Tuesdays 9:30am at our downtown studio.
Yoga Works
An all levels practice that connects the importance of breath to movement and awareness through mindfulness for better ease. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 12:00pm at our downtown studio.
Yes to Yin
Target the deepest tissues of the body, the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, and deep fascia networks through longer-held poses laying down. Saturdays at 9:00am at our downtown studio.
