Jenna hansen

Yoga found Jenna when she was fifteen. It helped her move through anxiety and depression and all of life’s ups and downs. As she moved through life, she attended UNBC where she received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2014. In a whirl wind of change, she craved something more, something deeper from her practice. She decided to complete the soya yoga teacher training in Melaque, Mexico in 2016. The intention was to better her own practice and self discovery, and through this journey she fell in love with the teacher aspect of yoga practice.
Jenna loves all forms of yoga, and she feels most happy when she explores playful and energetic movement! Jenna loves teaching vinyasa, aerial yoga, and Acroyoga!

When Jenna is not practicing yoga, she loves spending time with my family and friends, going on hikes, and riding dirt bikes!
